Lead as yourself.

Executive & Management Coaching for Neurodivergent Leaders

Understand how you think, and how the people around you think, so you can lead with less friction and more energy.

Free. By video. No diagnosis or disclosure required.

Sound familiar?

  • You’re excellent at the work, but the people side drains you: politics, meetings, subtext.
  • You’re seen as blunt or intense when you’re being clear and honest.
  • Masking all day costs you energy, and it may have led to burnout.
  • Colleagues’ reactions don’t always make sense to you, and yours don’t always make sense to them.
  • Deep focus is a strength, but constant switching and follow-up wear you down.
  • A recent or late diagnosis has raised questions about who you are and what to share.

Most leadership advice was written for one way of thinking.

Yours is wired differently.

That isn’t a flaw. It comes with real strengths.

How you think means how you take in information, focus, decide and recover. Your neurotypical colleagues think differently. Most friction at work comes from the two misreading each other. We map both, then learn to translate in both directions.

Understand how you think. And how they think.

What we work on

A leader writing in a notebook at her desk at sunrise, with headphones around her neck.

Energy you can sustain

Masking costs energy. Find where yours goes during the week, and what gives it back.

The unwritten rules

Boards, politics and influence, made explicit.

Direct, not misread

Keep your directness. Add the context others need to hear it.

Focus and follow-through

Ways of working that fit an ADHD or AuDHD mind.

Identity and disclosure

Make sense of a diagnosis, and decide what to share, and with whom.

What sits underneath

Old experiences that still shape how you lead, met with a trauma-informed approach.

Running your own business

Strategy, growth and partnerships, alongside how you lead.

How it works

  1. A first conversation

A free 15-minute call, or a message if you’d rather write. You get a clear answer on whether coaching fits.

  2. Your Pathway Map

We map how you think, and how the people around you think. Then we find the route between the two.

  3. Sessions by video

Each one is 45 minutes, one situation at a time, and cameras are optional. Afterwards there’s an optional short written summary, with one thing to try.

Beyond strategies

Sometimes we’ll want to go deeper. Drawing on my training in spiritual psychology, I can bring in art- and body-based practices that free up what’s holding you back, so you can move forward. Always at your pace, and always your choice.

One clear price, published in full.

Pol Klein

I’ve spent more than 35 years across three careers: engineering, international trade and development, and global brand leadership. I’ve served as a UK Vice Consul for trade, and led brand and creative work for organizations including Population Services International, the International Rescue Committee and HIAS. Each career was about helping different systems understand each other.

Along the way, I’ve spent years guiding businesses and entrepreneurs, so if you run your own company, we can work on the business as well as how you lead it.

I also have personal experience with neurodivergence.

I’ve walked many paths. I’ll walk beside you as you find the one that fits how you think.

  • 55 countries

Led an agency-wide rebrand for Population Services International, then a $650M organization, with the CEO and the board.
